Warum ist mir das nicht eingefallen? “Why didn’t I think of that?” ~ How to Take a Penalty? World Cup Exclusive

“Why didn't I think of that?” is a common expression of I have been sitting here staring straight at it staring me in the face so “Why didn't I think of that?” Simple Simon says the answer is you were thinking about something else instead. Why has this not occurred to me? It’s simple logic, Sid. And, so on and on.  We can see the treasure chest but not the treasure. As it’s the football season and the fever of the World Cup is upon us let’s not forget about how to take a penalty.

Do not look up at the Gods.

Then it's quite simple really, you do not look at the goalkeeper even if like most guys and dolls you like a bit of Italian. Keep your head down and your arms behind the body, that way if the goalkeeper stands still because he has shit himself without the need for toilet paper, which is always a waste of energy. Then if you do this, and the goalkeeper stands still, well if the ball hits him in the goodies or the head especially, then that is good. It is more than likely to bounce off the big head and score. THAT'S HIT WITH Your Rhythm Stick!

Now, “Why didn’t I think of that,” you say. It’s simple logic, Sid. You were rolling a spliff at the time. I love you. You have saved the team.
